All Sales Final

All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@9commons.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Sizing & Product Details

Please review all product descriptions, measurements, and sizing charts carefully before purchasing. We are not responsible for fit or sizing issues.

Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it is under their responsibility.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue may be considered a violation of this agreement.
